Microsoft AntiSpyware

Microsoft recently released a beta version of their new spyware removal tool. Short story, it's really good. I was updating the Speed Up RPM article to remove the certificate install step (now that we have better certificates that install properly automatically every time) and also took that opportunity to switch our spyware removal tool recommendation over from Spybot.
