Some improvements over the weekend

We added another web server and deployed the 2nd Pathfinder code fix (RPM 3.5 Update 2)over the weekend. Performance wise, this week should be a lot better than last week.

Next the development team is focusing on 2 problems in RPM that cause a similar performance problems. "Select columns" (for a view) and "Remove matches" (for reconciliation). Both of these pages can sometimes take an unusually long time to finish after clicking "OK". Worse, it appears during the delay the application may be frozen for other users.
