Attention list

From RPM Wiki

The attention list gathers together things that need to be brought to the attention of the user and summarizes them on the user’s home page. This allows the user to see these changes in one place without hunting through the application.

Contents

  • Unread forms for each process
  • Forms that are action required for each process
  • The most recently closed commission run, including date it was closed
  • Today's date
    • This can be turned off from the “Customize home pageâ€? page under "My settings".

Staff users

  • All staff user's have an attention list except if the "Commission run data" privilege is "hidden" and every process privielge is "hidden".

Agent users

  • Every agent user has an attention list.

Modules

  • The attention list requires either the "Commissions" or "Process management" module.
