Summary
The application of commission rules to the commission data. RPM automatically evaluates every commission item in the commission run being calculated and determines the commission amounts, splits, and referrals. The calculation also includes the generation of commission totals where the items are summed up in various ways, like per agency.

Calculation required
If a commission rule or anything else that affects commissions has been changed RPM will indicate the need to run a calculation by making the calculate button pulse and adding a "calculation required" commission warning.

Initiating calculation
A calculation is started by staff users only. Click the "Calculate" button near the top of the commission run or commission item page.
