Can't go back

There may be situations where you are navigating around in RPM and suddenly IE won't let you go "Back".

The back functionality has been intentionally disabled by RPM to protect access to a page that is no longer applicable, like after running a commission calculation. We try to do this as rarely as possible.

Back button is disabled and does not work

This is an IE bug that is caused when a very large page is loaded, like a view with many columns and rows. If you click a link on this page then go back to it, IE may disabled the back button. We assume this is a memory issue with IE, but whatever the cause, there's nothing we can do about it.
