Check For Newer Versions

Internet Explorer has a "Check For Newer Versions of Stored Pages" settings option. This must be left to the default "Automatically" or RPM will exhibit strange behavior.

Tools > Internet Options > Settings

The following screenshot shows IE 7. IE 6 is similar and both browsers have the correct "Automatically" default setting.
