Summary

Supplier commission data must be imported into RPM or added manually. The data is uploaded in Excel format by a staff user into an import buffer. When the user is confident the data in the buffer is ready the import is completed as RPM converts the data into commission items that will be processed during calculation.

Security

Staff users

• Importing supplier commission data requires the "Commission data import" privilege.
• Adding commission items manually requires the "Edit commission items, adjustments" privilege.

Agent users

• n/a

Modules

• The Import commission data requires the "Commissions" module.

Use

• From the commission run page click "Imports data". Click "Upload" beside the supplier you want to upload data from.
• To add an item manually click "Add an item manually" from the commission run page.
