Download asks twice

From RPM Wiki

When you are downloading files from RPM, you may find that Internet Explorer asks you twice if you want to save or open it. This can be fixed by a setting for each file type you want to download (probably Excel).

Setting the confirm option

Open any Windows Explorer window like "My Computer" or "My Documents". Click "Tools" > "Folder Options"

Select the "File Types" tab. Select the file type you want to edit (probably Excel - XLS). Then click "Advanced".

Make sure "Confirm open after download" is NOT checked.
