Excel Macros

These are Excel files for automatically reformatting supplier commission data for import into RPM.

To use

  1. Ensure that your security level is set to Medium (see the section on Security below for instructions on viewing and changing your security level)
  2. Right click the desired file and select "Save Target As..." to save to your hard-drive
  3. Open the file
  4. Click on the "Enable macros" button if prompted
  5. Copy and paste the data to be reformatted into the first worksheet of the downloaded file
  6. Press Ctrl+M to run the macro
  7. Save the newly formatted data
  8. Now use this file when you are uploading your commission data for the given supplier to RPM

Security

To use these macros your Excel macro security level must be set to Medium or Low. If it is set too high you will get an error.
