Favorite

The word favorite has two meanings in RPM.

Internet Explorer

In IE favorites are saved links. These are called “bookmarks� in some other browsers. Any page in RPM may be saved as an IE favorite for quick access.

  • Note: If the favorite is accessed by a user who is not logged on to RPM yet, the system will provide them with the logon page then automatically redirect them to the page they were trying to reach.

Process summary

Process summaries may be saved as a favorite inside of RPM. This will create a link to that summary from the “Reports� page. This feature is only available to staff users.
