Gross commission audit

RPM automatically compares the expected gross commission and the actual gross commission. The expected gross commission is calculated from the gross rate in the schedule, account groups, and agency addendums. The actual gross commission is the gross commission that is imported from the supplier commission data.

When the gross commission doesn’t match either the gross rate was setup incorrectly or the supplier has paid a commission incorrectly. It is up to the subscriber to determine which.

  • Note: The gross commission audit page shows gross commission amounts before splits are applied.
