Help:Incomplete

From RPM Wiki

If a page is unusable because it is temporarily incomplete, put the "Incomplete" template at the top. If a page contains parts that are ideas, like possible changes for a feature, put the template in that section. Try to avoid using this template by not adding pages until you have enough content.
