Import agencies

New and update

The agency import can be used to make new agencies and update existing agencies at the same time. If the agency specified exists then it will be updated. If it can't be found it will be created.

• Tip: Start with our empty Excel file (http://rpmsoftware.com/download/Import_Agencies.xlsx) that has the required column headers.

Columns

• Columns A - P must be in the file.
• Column A must be filled in. The other columns can be left empty.
• Columns Q and after are optional and are used for custom agency fields in any order. The column header must match the field name exactly.
