New and update
The rep import can be used to make new agent reps and managers and update existing agent reps and managers at the same time. If the agent user specified exists then it will be updated. If it can't be found it will be created.
- Tip: Start with our empty Excel file (http://rpmsoftware.com/download/Import_Reps.xlsx) that has the required column headers.
