Summary

RPM supports Internet Explorer 6 (IE6), but it is not recommended. IE 6 is over 10 years old. Compared to modern browsers it is slow, lacks support for modern website standards, and is a security risk.

  • We are planning on removing support for IE6 in RPM 7.3 in early 2012
