Infrastructure
- CR8166 - If you upload a file attachment without an extension then edit that file without adding an extension, the file will no longer be accessible. We can restore it for you through the database if this happens.
- CR7783 - Editing views depends heavily on the session and editing views at the same time in more than one window will cause problems. Only edits to one view will be saved and it may have invalid columns.

Process management
- TT0343 - If you have reps with the same name from two different agencies, and in a form one of these reps is the value of a rep reference, and you try to change to the other rep + agency with an import, the import will only change the agency. The result is an invalid child field value so while the rep value will be displayed, clicking edit will clear it (to n/a). Note: This only applies if the two reps have exactly the same name.
