The labels feature allows you to print labels of agency, customer, or form information.

The "Agency label settings" page and "Customer label settings" page are accessed from the "Information management" settings page. The label settings page for a template is accessed from the template details page.

Label size
RPM supports two sizes of labels:
- 1" x 2.625" (Avery 5160, 3 columns, 30 per page)
- 1" x 4" (Avery 5161, 2 columns, 20 per page)

Content
Select the information to include in the label.
- For form labels the form number may be displayed as a bar code

Printing
- From the "Select an agency", agency details, "Select a customer", customer details, select a form, or form details page click "Labels" in the toolbar. This opens the "Print labels" page.
- From a "select" page, one label will be printed per agency, customer, or form in the view to a maximum of 100 pages.
- From a "details" page, one page full of labels will be printed for that one agency, customer, or form.
- Adjust your Internet Explorer print margins as per the instructions on your screen.
- Note: Once the margins are set, they will stay that way for future printing.
- Click the "Print" button.

Doesn't do
Currently the labels feature does not allow:
- Layout customization. RPM determines the best way to organize the selected information.
- More than one label setup per category. There is only one label setting for agents, one for customers, and one each process.
- Any label size. There are only 2 allowed label sizes. These sizes are common and are based on QC Data requirements.

Staff users
- Label setup requires "View, modify management" privilege.
- Printing labels requires access to the given agency, customer, or form.

Agent users
- Printing labels requires access to the given agency, customer, or form.
- If a field is selected for the label that is hidden from agent users, it isn't shown on the label for agent users.
