Editing privileges

See Role

Recycle bin security

  • Recycle bin only shows things deleted by the user unless the user is a super user then they see everything

Notes

  • Import is part of the add for agencies, reps, customers, and accounts. This means if I have add but not edit, I can still edit via import. Import staff is only available to super users.
  • If I can delete an agency then it will delete the reps & managers in that agency regardless of my delete rep privilege. Same goes for customers & accounts, although at this time customers and accounts are still sharing a set of privileges so it's a moot point.

History

  • Mercury: Feature added (the "Staff" user & roles).
  • Rockefeller: Per-process privileges.
  • Jupiter: New security architecture brought more privileges and now "Yes" and "No" are the only options.
  • Callisto: Supplier privileges
  • Europa: Download
