A process in RPM has a template. Forms are started off this template and custom views are created to manage the forms and define summaries of this process.

Staff users
- Adding and editing processes requires the “Subscriber settings� privilege.
- Starting and editing the resulting forms requires the “Process management� privilege.

Agent users
- Adding and editing processes is hidden from agent users.
- Agent users may start forms if their agency has the “may start forms� permission and the process they want to start a form in has the “agent users may start� permission.
- Agent users may edit forms depending on the participants. See Participant
