Processes templates can be downloaded to a file. This file can be used as the basis of a new process, saving time. RPM Software has a library of these files. Also, a subscriber can create their own by downloading an existing process.

- Importing a process requires the "Add, edit, delete process templates" privilege.

Importing a process
On the "Process settings" page click "Add a template". Select the "Import" option.
