From RPM Wiki
Process management in RPM is a flexible framework that allows users to collaborate online and management to review. It allows complex business processes to be tracked and information to be shared. Processes are defined through the interface without requiring a programmer.

Staff users
- Setting up processes requires the "Add, edit, delete process templates" privilege.
- Working on forms requires a "Limited" or "Full" privilege for that process. Limited means users in that role can only see forms they are a participant of (similar to agent users).
[edit]
Agent users
- Each agency has a permission that says if users from that agency are allowed to start forms. In addition, each process has a permission that says if agent users may start forms or not. Both permissions have to be set to positive for an agent user to be allowed to start a form.
- Viewing and editing forms requires the user to be a participant or, for managers, a rep in their agency to be a participant.
