Summary

An agent rep user has controlled access to the information of an account. This spec expands on the Account reference.

Access details

Access control

Automatic

• Calculation. rep is automatically given access to an account when the first item belonging to them is processed.

Manual

• Add rep access. Give a rep accesses to an account by selecting a rep for an account
• Edit rep access. Hide or remove rep accesses to an account

Manual vs. Calculation

• If a rep/account access is removed but that rep has items in the current, open run with that account, a calculation will automatically restore that relationship. In other words, removing a rep's access to an account is useless if the rep has items in the open run with that account and the rep ID hasn't been reassigned since the access will come right back when a calculation is run.
• Adding or editing rep/account accesses does not trigger the calculation flag.
