Summary

The repeating fields feature allows a template designer to specify some fields as being eligible for repeating. This allows users to add those fields again and again to a form as needed.

Staff users

  • Setup requires "Add, edit, delete process templates".
  • Adding and editing a set of repeating fields requires "Edit" access to the form.

Agent & customer users

  • Adding a set of repeating fields requires permission to start forms.
  • Individual fields have their own security as normal.

Modules

  • Requires "Process management".

Setup

  • In the template info select "Yes" for "Repeating fields". Below that for "Link to repeat fields" enter a name for the link that users will see on the form to add another set of fields.
  • Go to the fields setup page and edit fields you want to repeat by selecting "On" for "Repeating".
