Search Tips
- RPM supports partial word searches. Example: Searching for "John" will return things with "John", "Johnny", "Johnson", etc. Example: Searching for "123" will return things with "1234", "51238", etc.
- To narrow down a search enter more than one word. Example: Searching for "John Doe" will only return things that contain both "John" and "Doe".

Running a search
- There is a quick search always available in the top frame. Enter a search query and click "Search". To access the other searches click "More…" in the top frame.
- A search within a processes can also be started by clicking the "Search" link in the top right corner of the "Select a form" page.
- Search results are cached, meaning if you run a search then click back to the results within 90 seconds, the search doesn’t have to be run again. However, this also means after running a search changes made to things that would be searched won’t show up if you run the same search again within 90 seconds.
