Summary
In process management automatically change the status of a form when a certain field is filed in. This status change can cause actions to be created and participants to be added by using global actions.
- Example: Setup quotes to automatically be set to the status "Preparing for agent" when a user fills in the "Date received" field.

Details
- The status trigger is only fired the first time a field is filled in. Subsequent modifications, even if the fields is cleared, do not fire the trigger. This includes checking additional options in a multi-select list.

Staff users
- Adding, editing, and deleting status triggers requires the "Add, edit, delete process templates" privilege.
- Causing a status trigger to be used requires having access to the appropriate field in a form.

- Status trigger setup is hidden from agent users.

Adding a status trigger
On the process template details page click "Status triggers" then "Add a status trigger".
