Summary

Supplier exclusion is a flag in RPM that indicates an agency can’t sell products from a certain supplier through this subscriber. An agency can be excluded from any number of suppliers, but only once from any one supplier.

Commission rules

Excluding an agency from a supplier does not affect commissions. If items show up from a supplier for an agency excluded from them they will still be calculated, but a commission warning will be generated.

Security

Staff users

• Adding a supplier exclusion to an agency requires the "Edit agencies" privilege.

Agent users

• Supplier exclusion is hidden from agent users.
• In forms they may not select suppliers that are excluded from their agency.

Adding a supplier exclusion

First select an agency then from the agency details page click "Add a supplier exclusion" in the "Suppliers" box.
