Template commission method

The commission method specified in the template settings defines how a process will be linked to commissions. There are 3 options:

  1. None. No link to commissions. This is the default method for a new process.
  2. Reference. Forms are linked to commission runs, items, and adjustment through reference fields. This is ideal for processes like trouble tickets that need to link to a specific item. This method allows a start link to be shown on the details page of commission items as a way to start a form that has all the item's information filled in.
  3. Reconcile. The reconciliation system is used to automatically match commission items to the forms using conditions based on field values in the form. This is ideal for processes like Orders.
